Contact JetAlt
JetAlt is a small, independent, ad-supported site — there is no support team standing by, but a real person reads what comes in to support@jetalt.com.
A few things this address is genuinely useful for: a calculator that gave you a result you think is wrong (say which tool — the jet-fuel CO2, SAF blend & savings, flight fuel burn, fuel energy content, hydrogen / battery range, or fuel cost per flightcalculator — and the figures you entered); an aviation-fuel or emissions tool you wish existed here; an out-of-date fact or broken link in the blog, learn section, or the Flight & Fuel Museum; or a bug in how a page behaves on your device.
There’s no fixed response time to promise and no ticket system — mail is read and answered as it comes in. If your question is really about a specific aircraft’s certified fuel burn, a fuel supplier’s accredited lifecycle figures, or a regulatory requirement, the manufacturer, fuel producer, or aviation authority will give you a sounder answer than a general-purpose calculator can. The tools here produce estimates from representative industry values, not certified data, and the site isn’t affiliated with any airline, manufacturer, fuel producer, or aviation body.
One quick check before you write in about a surprising result: re-read the inputs. A percentage typed as a whole number, a burn rate left at its sample value, a price entered per gallon against a quantity in litres, or a blend and reduction mixed up account for most head-scratching answers. If it still looks off after that, that’s exactly the message worth sending.
